Fundraiser Request

Ministries are required to book their fundraiser date and time at least 2 weeks in advance.

- Proceeds Report Policy:
  When a parish group is having fundraiser activity, here is the protocol that all groups must follow:
  All the proceeds must be put into a money bag which can be requested from a sacristan.
  At least two people must be present when putting the money in the bag.
  The money bag must be tagged accordingly so it can be properly recorded: date and name of the activity.
  Fill out slip deposit (check with the sacristan).
  The money bag will be later introduced into the safe of the sacristy.
  The counters on Monday will count the money and report it to the bookkeeper.
  If the people that have invested in materials for such event want to be reimbursed, they must provide the receipts. No receipts, no reimbursement.
